The Pardue Group was founded in 1985. Howard M. Pardue, Ph.D, SPHR, is the founder and CEO. His experience as a corporate, non-profit executive and human resource consultant extends over 25 years. His career includes corporate assignments with R.J.R., Nabisco Inc., and executive assignments with Summit Communications, a national communications company, where he served as Corporate Vice President/ Human Resources, Right Associates, an international human resource consulting company and as Vice President/Managing Director, and Georgetown College where he served as Vice-President, Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Career Planning. He has an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and a Masters and Ph.D degrees from R.I.T. and Columbus University.

The Pardue Group provides a broad range of human resource management services. The organization has collaborative and reciprocal agreements with nationally prominent consultants.
